Gambling Behavior Prohibition Policy
1- What Is Considered Gambling Behavior?
• Using 70% or more of the available margin.
• Trading oversized lot positions without sound analysis or a clear risk-management plan.
• Excessive reliance on high leverage that threatens account sustainability.
2- Actions Taken After a Violation:
• Formal Warning: A notice requiring the trader to adjust their approach. Repeating the violation results in account termination.
• Account Restriction: Leverage may be reduced or a maximum risk limit of 1% per trade may be imposed.
3- How the Rule Is Applied:
• Evaluation Stage: Only one formal warning is issued when margin usage exceeds 70%.
• Funded Account:
- First occurrence: Formal warning and deduction of profits from the non-compliant trades.
- Repeated violation: Immediate account termination and deduction of profits from non-compliant trades before the final reward is settled.
4- Important Notes:
• Inconsistent risk: Moving from low risk during the evaluation to high risk on the funded account may lead to profit deductions or account closure.
• Objective: These rules support long-term professional trading and protect capital from unmanaged risk.
