• News trading is fully allowed during challenge phases and on Instant Starter accounts.
2. Accounts where news trading is prohibited:
• Funded Accounts.
• Instant Standard accounts purchased after November 13, 2025.
3. Restrictions and time window for affected accounts:
• Opening or closing positions is prohibited from 5 minutes before until 5 minutes after a high-impact Red Folder news release.
• The restriction also covers FOMC speeches and announcements.
4. Penalties for a breach:
• Profit deduction: any profits generated during the restricted 10-minute window will be removed.
• Note: This does not close the account and is not treated as a violation unless repeated malicious attempts to circumvent the system are identified.
Summary:
On a funded or Instant Standard account, avoid all trading activity—opening or closing positions—within 5 minutes before and after a high-impact news event to prevent profit deductions.

Maximum Loss Per Trade ▼
What Is Guardian Shield?
The firm's analysis shows that exceeding the maximum daily drawdown is the leading cause of account breaches, accounting for more than 73% of all breached accounts.
The data also shows that the most profitable traders cut losses quickly and allow winning positions to run. Guardian Shield is therefore designed to encourage proper risk management and support more stable, sustainable profitability.
This feature applies only to funded Two-Step accounts.
If the floating loss on open positions reaches 2% of the account, or 1% on an Instant account, Guardian Shield will, in most cases, automatically close all open positions across all instruments and symbols.
This is treated as a soft breach, and trading may resume immediately after the positions are closed.
Example:
Example: You have a $100,000 funded account with three open positions. If the combined floating loss reaches $2,000, equal to 2% of the account, Guardian Shield will automatically close all open positions.
You may then continue trading normally.
Guardian Shield is an important risk-management tool that helps protect traders from losing funded accounts and encourages more stable profitability through better risk control.
Consequences of Triggering Guardian Shield:
• First trigger: the profit split is reduced to 50%.
• Second trigger: the account is permanently breached.
Important Note:
Guardian Shield does not reset after it is triggered, and the previous profit split cannot be restored. These changes are permanent and cannot be reversed.
Profitable Days ▼
A profitable day is a day in which you earn at least 0.5% of the account size. Profitable days do not need to be consecutive.
Scalping ▼
Scalping and Tick-Scalping Rules
1. Definition of Tick Scalping:
• Opening and closing trades in less than two minutes.
• The firm considers this an unfair attempt to exploit the system, especially when positions are repeatedly closed within seconds.
2. Policies and Restrictions:
• Minimum holding time: any trade closed in less than two minutes is classified as Tick Scalping.
• Manual and automated trading: this rule applies to manual trade closures and automated systems such as EAs.
• Penalties: repeated violations may lead to the removal of profits generated by these trades and may result in permanent account termination.
3. Permitted Practices:
• Normal scalping is allowed as long as trades are consistently held for more than two minutes.
4. Tips to Avoid Violations:
• Extend trade duration: keep positions open for longer than one to two minutes on average.
• Manage execution intervals: avoid opening many trades within very short periods and closing them immediately. Combining smaller lots into larger positions with a wider time horizon is preferable.
• Use caution with TP/SL: trades that hit targets within two minutes may be reviewed if this occurs excessively, even when the exits are automated.
Summary:
To protect the account, ensure that the average trade duration exceeds two minutes and avoid high-frequency strategies that close orders within seconds.
Trading Rules ▼
Anti-Fraud and Unfair-Trading Rules
1. Prohibited Exploitative Strategies:
Any strategy that exploits the demo nature of the accounts to generate unrealistic profits is prohibited, including:
• Exploiting platform freezes or demo-server errors.
• Trading from delayed data feeds or charts.
• Arbitrage in all forms, including reverse, latency, and hedge arbitrage, or the use of simulators.
• Rapid scalping, including Tick Scalping and high-frequency trading (HFT).
• Hedging is allowed within one account but strictly prohibited across different accounts.
2. Gambling Rule:
• The firm applies a strict policy against all-or-nothing trading.
• Technical definition: trading activity is considered gambling when margin usage on open positions exceeds 80% of the account balance.
• The purpose is to exclude traders who lack risk management and rely on oversized one-sided positions.
3. Account Activity and Password:
• Account inactivity: at least one trade must be placed every 30 days; otherwise, the account is considered inactive and will be closed.
• Password: the password sent by email must not be changed and must be used as provided to access the platform.
4. Market-Volatility Note:
• Slippage and delayed synchronisation during high-impact news may produce different outcomes, and the firm does not guarantee profits during these volatile periods.
Summary:
The firm expects you to trade responsibly as if the account were live. Avoid technical exploitation, keep the account active each month, and do not exceed 80% margin usage.
