Maximum Drawdown — Blue Guardian Futures
Blue Guardian Futures uses Trailing End of Day (EOD) drawdown on all plans except the Direct instant account, which uses static drawdown.
The trailing floor moves only from the end-of-day closing balance, not from intraday unrealized profit.
---
As the closing balance rises, the drawdown floor rises. When the floor reaches the starting balance, it stops moving and locks at the starting balance + $100.
---
Examples:
• $50K account: drawdown locks at $52,100.
• $100K account: drawdown locks at $103,600.
• $150K account: drawdown locks at $156,100.
After the floor locks, it does not move again even if the account balance continues to grow.
Scalping — Allowed
Short trades held for several minutes to target a reasonable 5–10 ticks are allowed.
---
Microscalping — Prohibited
Opening and closing trades within about 10 seconds to capture tiny tick movements or fractions of a tick is prohibited.
It is considered an exploitation of simulated fills and idealized execution because it may produce results that are unrealistic in live markets.
Possible consequences include account closure, profit forfeiture, denial of funding after passing, and denial of a refund.
Funded accounts cannot currently be reset.
Evaluation accounts may be reset for 30% of the original account price.
After an evaluation fails, the reset option remains available for seven days.
The consistency rule varies by plan:
• Standard: funded stage only.
• Reserve: evaluation stage only.
• Express: evaluation stage only.
• Direct: applied to payout requests using tiered percentages.
---
The rule means one profitable day may not equal or exceed the applicable consistency percentage of total profit.
During evaluation, if the ratio is exceeded, continue trading until it falls below the required limit.
---
Example: if you earn $1,300 in one day on a $50K Standard account, total profit must reach at least $3,250 to satisfy a 40% rule, even if the base profit target is only $3,000.
Formula: Best profitable day ÷ Total profit.
Example: 1,300 ÷ 3,000 = 43%, so more profit is required.
---
On funded accounts, a payout cannot be requested while the best-day ratio equals or exceeds the applicable limit.
Exceeding consistency does not breach the account; the account remains active while the trader earns additional profit to correct the ratio.
Overnight and weekend holding are not allowed. Open positions are closed automatically before the end of the trading session under the company's schedule, and traders should not leave positions until forced closure.
You may hold up to three funded Blue Guardian Futures accounts.
Additional evaluation accounts may be accumulated, but their monthly evaluation subscription must continue to be paid while they remain beyond the funded-account limit.
Prohibited
• Fully automated bots and systems.
• AI that trades automatically.
• Continuous 24/7 automation.
• Automated high-frequency scalping, especially systems exceeding 200 trades per day.
---
Allowed
Semi-automated trading is allowed only when the trader actively monitors positions and manually intervenes in management and execution.
Blue Guardian Futures prohibits trading within 2% of CME price limits to reduce exposure to violent volatility, market halts, and severe slippage.
A price limit is the maximum permitted movement of a futures contract during a session. Reaching it may cause a temporary trading halt or market suspension under CME rules.
---
Price-limit levels depend on the prior day's close, the contract, and whether the session is overnight or regular. They are updated daily at 1:05 a.m. Baghdad / Mecca time.
Covered products include ES, MES, NQ, MNQ, RTY, YM, and others. Overnight limits on some indices were increased from 5% to 7%.
---
Monitor % Net Change and CME Price Limits, and avoid trading in the final 2% zone. Understanding contract limits is part of professional futures risk management.
If no trade is placed for seven days during the evaluation or funded stage, the account is permanently closed.
Blue Guardian Futures requires KYC and AML verification for funded payouts and affiliate-commission withdrawals.
Verification is completed once per user, and only one verified account is allowed per person.
---
Proof of Identity may be a passport, national ID, or driving licence, together with a matching selfie or live video.
Proof of Address must usually be dated within the last three months and may include a bank statement, utility bill, lease, card statement, or government letter.
AML checks cover global sanctions lists, politically exposed persons (PEP), and adverse media.
Some countries are restricted because of sanctions, fraud risk, or partner limitations.
Verification is performed by an external provider, and the company cannot alter acceptance or rejection decisions.
Blue Guardian Futures operates a simulated market and prohibits methods that exploit simulation differences or unrealistic execution.
---
Fully automated bots, automated AI, continuous 24/7 systems, and automated high-frequency scalping—especially above 200 trades per day—are prohibited. Semi-automated tools are allowed only with active human monitoring and intervention.
---
Prohibited conduct includes placing multiple orders at the same price to manipulate fills, exploiting thin markets or gaps, exploiting the absence of realistic slippage, violating CME Group rules, and coordinating identical or opposite trades across accounts or traders.
---
Normal scalping for several minutes and reasonable tick targets is allowed. Microscalping within seconds for tiny tick movements is prohibited and may lead to account closure, profit forfeiture, denial of funding, or denial of a refund.
---
Martingale is allowed only within contract limits, margin limits, and the account's risk-management rules.
After passing the evaluation, traders first receive a Simulated Funded Account.
Traders who demonstrate stable, disciplined performance may later be invited by the risk team to a real Live Funded Account.
---
A Live Funded Account is a real brokerage account rather than a simulation. It may include static maximum drawdown, a configurable daily loss limit, and opportunities to scale capital and contract limits as performance improves.
---
The trader bears professional CME data fees, commissions and execution fees, and any platform or subscription costs. These expenses are deducted from the account balance.
---
The risk team reviews performance in Sim Funded. Traders who show consistency, rule compliance, and discipline may receive an invitation. There is no fixed promotion timeline; each trader is assessed individually.
